Registration fee per performer/per language: $20 payable to Mrs. Charudattan. Includes one private lesson/preparation. Every performer will be recognized.

'LES HORS D'OEUVRE, LA PIZZA & LE DESSERT' informal buffet dinner at 6:00pm. $5/dinner, flat rate (tips & tax included) payable to ‘Blue Wave ASP’ at P.K. Yonge which is a non profit organization. The cost of your dinner is a tax deductible contribution for you. Tax ID# 59-372 9588.

I give permission for my child to participate in all the activities of the Congress and Culture of French and Foreign languages talent show. I understand that the judges’ decision is final. I will not hold Mrs. Charudattan, Blue Wave ASP or P.K.Yonge responsible, in case of accidental injury or sickness to my child.
